LOS ANGELES, California — Skip Bayless, the longtime sports commentator who has made a career with his often controversial opinions, has been accused in a lawsuit of sexual harassment, including offering a woman $1.5 million for sex.

Noushin Faraji, who was a hair stylist at Fox Sports for more than a decade, filed the lawsuit Friday in Los Angeles County Court, Front Office Sports reports. Also listed as defendants in the lawsuit are Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon, and FS1 host Joy Taylor, Front Office Sports reports.

The lawsuit says Faraji “was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity.” The lawsuit accuses company executives of taking no action when Faraji and others complained of the abuse and instead “retaliated against them while the perpetrators and those who protected them were inexplicitly promoted.”

Faraji said she was fired in 2024 based on “fabricated” reasons. The lawsuit said she initially remained quiet about her treatment at Fox, believing she could be in danger if she went public.

Fox Sports issued a statement to USA Today saying it Fox is taking the allegations seriously. The company said it would not comment on the pending litigation.

Faraji claimed that the advances by Bayless, which began in 2017 and continued until last year, included lingering hugs, kisses on the cheek and comments from Bayless that he could change Faraji’s life if she had sex with him.

The lawsuit says Faraji declined Bayless’ $1.5 million offer for sex, which occurred in 2021. It also claims Bayless became angry with her and accused her of having sex with his past co-star on “Undisputed,” Shannon Sharpe. Faraji denies the accusation, the lawsuit says.
